ORDER: On January 4, 2021, Plaintiff Tysha Turner, proceeding in forma pauperis, filed a complaint against the Commissioner of Social Security. The next day, the Clerk of Court filed on the docket the standing order in social security cases, which o rdered Defendant to file a certified transcript of administrative proceedings within 90 days of service. As Plaintiff has not filed proof of service on the docket, it is not clear whether Defendant was ever served with the complaint. By no later than May 14, 2021, Plaintiff shall file proof of such service on the docket or otherwise update the Court on the status of this case. SO ORDERED.
