ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff may immediately serve Rule 45 subpoenas on Kevin Madura, Patrik Allenspach, and Kobre & Kim for the documents described in its letter request. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Madura, Mr. Allenspach, and Ko bre & Kim will have 30 days from the date of service of the Rule 45 subpoenas to move to quash the subpoenas. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if that 30-day period lapses without Mr. Madura, Mr. Allenspach, or Kobre & Kim contesting the subpoenas, the y shall have 10 days to produce the information responsive to the subpoenas to Plaintiff.
