ORDER. The Court holds in abeyance Plaintiffs' request to set a briefing schedule as to the 4(d) Motion. (See ECF No. 176). Following the issuance of a decision on Defendants' pending motion to dismiss (ECF Nos. 141, 177), the Court will direct the parties to meet and confer to determine which issues, if any, including the 4(d) Motion, remain to be addressed. By May 9, 2024, the parties shall order a transcript of the Conference by completing the annexed transcript request form and submitting the request to etranscripts@nysd.uscourts.gov. SO ORDERED. Defendants agreed not to contest the timing of Plaintiffs’ filing of a motion under Federal Rule of
Civil Procedure 4(d) (the “4(d) Motion”), the Court holds in abeyance Plaintiffs’ request to set a
briefing schedule as to the 4(d) Motion. (See ECF No. 176). Following the issuance of a decision
on Defendants’ pending motion to dismiss (ECF Nos. 141, 177), the Court will direct the parties
