WHEREAS, Petitioner Federal Trade Commission filed a motion to compel Respondent
Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP to comply with a judicial subpoena and a supporting
memorandum of law (the “Motion”). Dkt. Nos. 1 and 2. It is hereby
