MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: (43 in 1:22-cv-05945-PGG) MOTION to Dismiss the Putative Class Action Complaint. filed by The Board of Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York., Defendant's motion to dismiss is gra nted as to all of Plaintiffs' claims, except as to Plaintiff Student B's claims under General Business Law§§ 349 and 350. Leave to amend is granted only as to Campbell and Student B's breach of contract claim. Any motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint will be submitted by April 8, 2024. Any proposed Second Amended Complaint will be attached as an exhibit to the motion papers. The Clerk of Court will terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 43). SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Paul G.
