I represent the Plaintiff in the above-stated action. I am writing to request an
adjournment of the conference scheduled for February 12, 2024. I have a scheduling conflict on
this date for another matter in which I need to take a deposition. No prior adjournment requests
of this conference have been made, and the Defendant’s counsel has consented to this request.
Should the Court grant this request, counsel are available on February 26, 2024, from
3:00 PM forward, and on March 1, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
