ORDER ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS terminating 51 Motion to Dismiss; terminating 68 Motion to Dismiss; terminating 77 Motion to Dismiss; terminating 95 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons discussed above, all of Plaintiff's claims agains t all individual defendants, the New York DOC, and the NYPD are DISMISSED with prejudice. Plaintiff's Claims 1-8, and 11 against the City are DISMISSED with prejudice. Plaintiff's Claim 9 against the City is DISMISSED with 30 days' leave to replead. Plaintiff's Claim 10 against the City is DISMISSED in part, with 30 days' leave to replead. This constitutes the decision and order of the court. It is a written opinion.
