Dear Judge Vyskocil,
We are counsel to the Defendants in the above-referenced matter. At this time, we write with the
consent of Plaintiff to respectfully request an adjournment of the conference scheduled for June 11, 2024.
The reason for this request is that the Parties have scheduled a mediation session to take place on June 19,
2024 and we are hopeful that the case will be resolved at that session.
If the Court should grant this request, Counsel for the Parties have conferred as to their availability
for a conference subject to the Court’s calendar. Both Counsel are available July 8, 2024-July 12, 2024. If
this Court should not agree to the adjournment, we respectfully request a one-day extension of time to file
the required Pre-Conference Status Letter.
