MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 13 Letter. ENDORSEMENT: The request to stay is granted. The case is stayed until July 9, 2024, at which time the stay will automatically lift unless further extended by the Court. If the case has not settled by July 9, 2024, the parties shall file a joint motion to transfer the case to New Jersey. If the case settles during the stay period, the parties shall so inform the Court within five days of settlement. In the interim, the Court will refer the matter to the SDNY mediation program.
