This firm represents the Defendant, Twenty-Six Designs LLC (“Defendant”) in the abovereferenced action.
We write, with the consent of Plaintiff’s counsel, to respectfully request an adjournment of
the initial case management conference currently scheduled for December 5, 2024.
Defendant’s response to the complaint is currently due on December 30, 2024. We need
additional time to investigate the allegations in the Complaint and to discuss potential resolution
on behalf of the Defendant. As such, the parties respectfully request that the initial case
management conference currently scheduled for December 5, 2024, and all related deadlines, be
adjourned to a date convenient to the Court in January. Adjournment of the initial conference and,
as noted above, it is made with the consent of Plaintiff’s counsel.
