ORDER re: 15 Scheduling Order. On December 16, 2024, the Court issued an Order setting a briefing schedule for Plaintiff to file a motion for default judgment and an application for damages. (ECF No. 15.) The Court directed Plaintiff to serve a copy of the Order on Defendant, together with a copy of Plaintiffs motion for default judgment and supporting papers, and to file proof of service with the Court. Plaintiff filed a motion for default judgment on January 17, 2025, but has not filed proof of service on Defendant. On December 16, 2024, the Court issued an Order setting a briefing schedule for
