MEMORANDUM OPINION: #99734 Kims motion to compel arbitration and to stay proceedings in this case pending arbitration [DI 6] is granted in all respects. CFIs motion to establish a schedule for a hearing on defendants alter ego status and other relief [DI 11] is denied as moot except insofar as it seeks leave to amend to include a request for confirmation of an arbitration award. In that latter respect, it is denied as premature. The case is transferred to the suspense docket and closed for administrative purposes. (Signed by Judge Lewis A.
