OPINION & ORDER, Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiff's claims for false arrest, excessive force, and failure to intervene remain; the claim for denial of medical care and all of Plaintiff's c laims against the Town of Warwick are dismissed. The Individual Defendants are directed to file an answer to the Complaint within 30 days of the date of this Order. The parties are directed to appear for an initial pre-trial conference on Septembe r 22, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. The parties are further directed to complete and bring a completed case management plan to the conference.
