My firm represents plaintiff Elavon, Inc. in the above-referenced action. I write to request
that the Court adjourn the December 6, 2023 telephone conference in this matter. The reason for
this application is that I will be out of the country on that date and returning on December 15,
2023. This is the first request for an adjournment with respect to this conference. I have reached
out to defendants' counsel to obtain his consent but have not been able to speak with him, and
wanted to file this application because the scheduled conference is impending.
