ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that each of the Parties bear its own costs, expenses, and fees; and it is further ORDERED that following its entry of this Order, the Court will not retain jurisdiction over the settlement between the United States and Plaintiffs or over the United States; and it is further ORDERED, that the above-captioned cause of action against the United States is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice, with causes of action against the other Defendants remaining.
