We represent Defendants Gap, Inc., Banana Republic, LLC, Michelle Russo, Toni Lynn Borowski
and Gregoire Jean-Louis (collectively “Defendants”) in connection with the above-referenced
matter.
We write to request an adjournment of the date of the pretrial conference scheduled for October
26, 2023. I am going to be out of town on October 26 and October 27, 2023 for a previously
scheduled business meeting. Therefore, I respectfully request that the pretrial conference be
rescheduled to a date convenient for the Court beginning October 31 or later.
Plaintiffs’ counsel has advised that they consent to the adjournment.
