It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: That for the reasons stated in the Court's Opinion & Order dated July 27, 2022, Plaintiff's request for enforcement of the parties' settlement agreement is GRANTED and its request to hold Defendants in civil contempt is DENIED. Specifically, th e Court has GRANTED Plaintiff's request seeking to compel Defendants to comply with all provisions of the settlement agreement, including the issuance of a building permit in accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement.
