ORDER ON MOTION FOR LEAVE TO SERVE THIRD PARTY SUBPOENA PRIOR TO A RULE 26(f) CONFERENCE granting #6 Letter Motion for Discovery. FIND, ORDER AND ADJUDGE: 1.
