ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis ; Respondent is directed to file an answer to the petition and memorandum of law by 10/3/05. If petitioner chooses to file a written response to the answer and memorandum of law, he sho uld file the response within 60 days of the receipt of the answer. The Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of the petition, together with a copy of this order by certified mail upon respondent Superintendent of Groveland Correctional Facility and upon the Assistant Attorney General (Rochester).
