Barns and ascertain a proper address for him by 3/1/09; Once the information is provided, amended summonses shall be issued and the Court shall direct service on the defendant; the Clerk of Court shall send a copy of this Order and the complaint to the Assistant Attorney General, Delia Cadle, who is currently representing the other defendants.
