ORDER that the Clerk of Court shall amend the caption of the action replacing defendant "Ann Doe, Nurse" with "Ann Daniels, Nurse" and cause the U.S. Marshal to serve copies of the Summons, Amended Complaint and this Order upon Ann Daniels at the Chemung County Correctional Facility; defendant is directed to answer the complaint.
