Hover, Deputy Sheriff, Chautauqua County Jail; Joseph Gerace, Sheriff, Chautauqua County; M. Kirkpatrick, Lieutenant, Elmira Correctional Facility; R. Marinaccio, Sergeant, Elmir a Correctional Facility; K. Lebel, Correctional Officer, Elmira Correctional Facility; T. Doyle, Correctional Officer, Elmira Correctional Officer; and F.
