ORDER directing the Clerk of Court to amend the caption of the action, to cause the U.S. Marshals Service to serve the Summons, Complaint and this Order on defendants Misa, Kadien, Kurtz, Bellamy, Allen and Bangsil; the Clerk of Court shall complete the summons and Marshal Form for Dr. Kurtz, but plaintiff will be provided the Court's notice advising him that he will need to complete the necessary papers for all other defendants; the Attorney General's Office is directed to take whatev er action it can to assist the Court and Marshals Service in effecting service on the defendants; within 60 days of entry of this Order, the Marshals Service shall advise the Court of the status of service on the defendants; the defendants shall answer the complaint.
