ORDER denying 8 Motion for Preliminary Injunction; denying 8 Motion for TRO; plaintiff Anthony Amaker is granted permission to proceed in forma pauperis. Each plaintiff, other than Anthony Amaker must submit an Application to proceed In Forma Pa uperis and, if a prisoner, a Prison Authorization by 7/15/09. Further, if any plaintiff, other than Anthony Amaker does not submit to the Court by 7/15/09 an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and if a prisoner, a Prison Authorization Form, th e Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss them as a party to this action without prejudice and without further order or notice.
