By papers filed March 26, 2012, Defendants move, inter alia, to stay discovery
and deferral of entry of a case management order (Doc. No. 322). Oral argument is
scheduled for April 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.. Plaintiff’s response shall be filed not later
than April 1, 2012. Defendants’ reply shall be filed not later than April 3, 2012.
The scheduling of Plaintiff’s response to Defendants’ motion to dismiss and for
judgment on the pleadings will be discussed and a scheduling order entered at the April
4, 2012 Rule 16(b) conference.
Defendants’ request, pursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 7(a)(C), for leave
to file a memorandum in support of Defendants’ motion to dismiss and for judgment on
the pleadings in excess of 25 pages is GRANTED.
