Plaintiff is ORDERED to, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this Order to Show Cause, either pay the attorney's fees of $75,776.70 awarded Defendants by the February 14, 2012 Decision and Order (Doc. Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this Order to Show Cause, either pay the attorney’s fees of $ 75,776.70 awarded Defendants by the February 14, 2012 Decision and Order (Doc. No. 292), and the attorney’s fees of $ 16,851.09 awarded by the May 3, 2012 Decision and Order (Doc. No. 370), or demonstrate why such payment is not possible. Any attempt to demonstrate that payment is not possible must be supported by documentation, including: - A statement of Plaintiff’s net worth,listing the value of all assets, including, but not limited to: - - bank accounts real property, net of any mortgage encumbrance(s) retirement accounts any other assets, liquid or otherwise; and Federal and State tax returns for the past three years. Such documentation shall be upon oath pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, and filed under seal. Plaintiff is advised that the failure to either make payment or demonstrate why payment is not possible may subject Plaintiff to further sanctions, including dismissal of the action.
