2. Authorizing Plaintiff to re-file Doc. No. 415 with the redacted exhibits omitting
the pages designated as confidential.
Pursuant to Local Civil Rule of Procedure 7 of this Court, Plaintiff states his
intention to file and serve a reply to Defendants’ response to this motion if any is
filed.
