By papers filed October 30, 2012, Plaintiff’s counsel moves to withdraw as
counsel (Doc. No. 579). Responses shall be filed not later than November 14, 2012.
Replies, if any, shall be filed not later than November 21, 2012. A hearing on the
motion is scheduled for November 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Plaintiff’s counsel shall, as
required by Local Rule of Civil Procedure 83.2(d)(1), serve on the Plaintiff a copy of the
letter, dated October 30, 2012, submitted to the court for in camera review in further
support of the motion.
The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff in care of
Paul A. Argentieri, Esq., Plaintiff’s remaining attorney of record.
