PLAINTIFF, hereby notifies the court of the following compliance with this
court’s recent order:
On November 7, 2012, Plaintiff submitted by email to Defendants all
documents as ordered by the court in Doc. No. 584 relating to the Eight Motion to
Compel, Doc. No. 511.  Plaintiff submitted the same package of communications as
was submitted to the Court, with the exception that all ordered redactions from
those documents were made before submission of them to Defendants.
On November 9, 2012, Plaintiff submitted by email to Defendants, a
declaration consistent with this court’s order in Doc. No. 584, relating to the Ninth
Motion to Compel, Doc. No. 521.  That declaration is attached as an exhibit to this
notice.
As the court ordered in Doc. No. 571, Plaintiff’s compliance as of November 9,
2012 triggers the start of Defendants’ two week timeline to file their reply to

Plaintiff’s response to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for Fraud on the Court, Doc.
No. 319, which is now due by November 23, 2012 based upon Plaintiff’s calculation.
