ORDER, terminating plaintiffs Vickie DiCola, Sharlyne Gooding, Tomasz Miezkowski, Melissa Mojica, Amy Pinchney, Charity Powers-Stover, Desiray Smith, Crystal Stevens, Carol Willis, James Willis, Kristine Barrett and Jodi Berndt; case shall be admini stratively terminated; remaining plaintiff Zimmerman is granted leave to move to re-open within 30 days; upon plaintiff's submission of either a signed prison authorization and a motion to proceed in forma pauperis that includes a completed and signed Prison Certification or the $350.00 filing fee and $50.00 adminstrative fee, the Clerk of Court shall re-open the case.
