Further, the Clerk of Court is directed to cause the U.S. Marshal to serve copies of the summons, amended complaint, and this Order upon defendants Captain Payne, Sergeant Williams, Sergeant Li wswinski, Officer Booth, Officer Rankin, Officer Geoski, Officer Lewis and Officer Rebald without plaintiff's payment therefor, unpaid fees to be recoverable if this action terminates by monetary award in plaintiff's favor; defendants are directed to respond to the amended complaint.
