ORDER, that plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is Denied; that the claims re the denial of congregate religious services and his claims against P. Griffin, I.G.R.C. Coordinator, Karen Bellamy and Brian Fisher are dismissed wi th prejudice and those defendants shall be terminated; plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint against Iman Affy and Meeker only re his claims of a denial of Halal Meals in 2011 no later than November 22, 2013; failure to file the amended complaint will result in dismissal with prejudice; if the case is dismissed leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals as a poor person is Denied..
