ORDER directing the Clerk of Court to amend the caption of this action to include Sgt. William Payne as a defendant in place of Sgt. John Doe. Further, the Clerk of Court is directed to cause the U.S. Marshals Service to serve the summons, complaint , and the Order filed 8/1/14 (docket no. 6) and this Order upon said defendant. Further, defendant Payne is directed to respond to the complaint.
