Kenneth Schroeder, Jr. Plaintiff shall submit a written settlement demand to defendants' attorney no later than 1/15/2018. Defendants' attorney shall resp ond no later than 2/16/2018. If settlement is unsuccessful the Court will deem the case trial ready. The parties are encouraged to consider the provisions of 28 USC § 636(c) governing consent to trial by the Magistrate Judge.
