ORDER denying 8 Motion to Appoint Counsel ; granting 9 Motion to Compel; denying 10 Motion to Appoint Counsel; that plaintiff shall be provided a complete copy of his medical records no later than one month from the date of this filing; that the Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of this order on the Chautauqua County Attorney as directed; that plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint no later than July 31, 2018; that if plaintiff does not file an amended complaint as dire cted, the complaint will be dismissed with prejudice and without further order of the Court; and that if the complaint is dismissed, leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals as a poor person is denied.
