DECISION AND ORDER granting 9 Motion to Appoint Counsel assigning Michelle Y. Cimino Esq. as pro bono counsel for the plaintiff. The Clerk is directed to copy all documents from the case not available electronically through CM/ECF together with a c opy of this order and the "Guidelines Governing Reimbursement from the District Court Fund of Expenses Incurred by Court Appointed Counsel." The Chief Judge of the Court will also issue an Order directing PACER to waive its fees so pro bono counsel can access and print, at no cost to her firm, any documents filed herein that they may need.
