DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 34 Motion for Summary Judgment. The Motion is granted with respect to CO Gilmore and Superintendent Bradt, the claims against them are dismissed with prejudice, and they are dismissed from th is case. The Motion is denied with respect to Nurses Putney, Gush, and Potrzebowski.
