DECISION AND ORDER granting 10 Defendant Howard's Motion to Dismiss; granting 27 Defendant Collins's Motion to Dismiss; and granting 28 Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time. Plaintiffs Reply Motion to Grant Amended Complaint 29 has been considered and, for purposes of docket control, is granted. The Court sua sponte dismisses all of the federal claims against Defendants Lalley and Franckowiak with prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. IT IS SO ORDERED.
