DECISION AND ORDER. Defendants' Motion for Reconsideration 30 is DENIED. Covanex's Cross-Motion for an Extension of Time to Effect Alternative Service 33 is GRANTED. Covanex is directed to effect service on Kasa by sending a copy of the Complaint to Kasa's counsel by certified mail, return receipt requested, within 15 days of this decision.
