DECISION AND ORDER. Defendants' Motion 15 to revoke Plaintiff's in forma pauperis status is GRANTED, Plaintiff's in forma pauperis status is hereby REVOKED, and the Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice to refile wi th payment of the $400.00 filing fee within 14 days.
