ORDER: the motion to dismiss filed by B+L and Valeant 17 is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is GRANTED with respect to MPI's intentional breach of contract claim against B+L and MPI's Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act claim against Valeant. The motion is DENIED with respect to MPI's demands for extra-contractual damages and MPI's tortious interference with contract claim against Valeant. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Frank P.
