-CLERK TO FOLLOW UP- DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 13 Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants' motion is granted as to Plaintiff's claim against Deputy Superintendent Watkins and otherwise denied. The Clerk of Court is instructed to terminate Deputy Superintendent Watkins as a defendant in this matter. The remaining Defendants are ordered to answer the remaining claims set forth in the Amended Complaint within 20 days of entry of this Decision and Order. Signed by Hon. Elizabeth A.
