DECISION AND ORDER granting 193 Motion to Sever, granting 212 Motion to Change Venue, and granting 219 Motion to Change Venue. As detailed more fully in the Decision and Order, the action is hereby severed into three separate actions. The clai ms against the Defendants which constitute the "Southern District Action" are hereby transferred to the Southern District of New York, the claims against the Defendants which constitute the "Northern District Action" are hereby tr ansferred to the Northern District of New York, and the claims against the Defendants which constitute the "Western District Action" are hereby retained by this Court.
