DECISION AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS ; denying 36 Motion to Amend or Correct; granting 49 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; adopting Report and Recommendations re 71 Report and Recommendations.The Court directs Plaintif f to submit an amended complaint setting forth in one document his original claims and the permitted claims against Brown and Tirone. Plaintiff must file such amended complaint with the Clerk of the Court on or before July 27, 2018. If Plaintiff elects not to file amended complaint by that date, the original complaint shall remain the operative pleading.
