IN SUPPORT OF MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
I, Laura Ginsberg Abelson, do hereby declare that:

I am over eighteen years of age and am competent to make this Declaration.

I am attorney admitted to practice in the State of Maryland, the United States

District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have been
admitted pro hac vice in this matter.

Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true copy of excerpts from the transcript of the
