DEFAULT JUDGMENT. In accordance with Rule 55(b) of the Fed.R.Civ.P., counsel for pltf, USA, having filed a proper affidavit, judgment is rendered in favor of the pltf and against the deft. in the sum of $36,112.51, including principal of $ 24,519.11 administrative charges, penalties and fees totaling $11,593.40 and costs allowed under 28 U.S.C. 2412(a)(2).
