ORDER granting in part and denying in part 44 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting 52 Motion to Seal Document. The 1983 claim against Defendant Hall in his individual and official capacity and the 1983 claim against Defendant Houston in his offi cial capacity are DISMISSED. The claim for negligent supervision against Defendant Hall in his individual capacity is DISMISSED. Plaintiff's request to file an amended complaint is ALLOWED. The Plaintiff is DIRECTED to file an amended complaint within seven days of this order.
