UPON CONSIDERATION of Plaintiff Mark Daniel Lyttle's "Corrected
Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Defendants' Motions to
Dismiss" and the grounds stated in support thereof, it is hereby
ORDERED that said motion should be and is GRANTED; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs responses to the Motion to Dismiss
filed by Defendant The United States of America and the Motion to Dismiss filed
by Defendants Dashanta Faucette, Dean Caputo, and Robert Kendall shall not be
required to be filed until July 25, 2011.
