Plaintiff has moved to extend the stay for sixty (60) days, through and including November 13, 2012, to allow the parties to work toward finalizing certain key provisions of the proposed settlement agreement. Counsel for the remaining defendants has consented to this request to extend the stay. For these reasons, and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties have until November 13, 2012 to finalize the settlement agreement and file a stipulation and joint motion to dismiss all remaining claims with prejudice.
