SirsiDynix withdraws its Motion to Compel and Supporting Memorandum (D.E. # 23 &
24). Resolution of the motion is no longer necessary because, after the filing of the Motion, CPC
Regional responded to SirsiDynix’s First Set of Requests for Production of Documents.
However, by withdrawing its Motion to Compel, SirsiDynix is not foregoing its ability to
challenge the validity of any objections raised by CPC Regional or adequacy of its responses.
